18th Century English Sideboard with Plate Rack will make a charming addition to any room!  The light and airy effect is a result of the open plate rack above, and the raised casework below which houses only three drawers.  A fine multi-tiered crown presides over the upper tier, which includes three plate racks for display of your finest china.  The lower shelf rests above the main surface with a solid backsplash to keep things contained.  The plate rack supports are tailored and feature corbel shapes sawn into the design, with cup hooks both vertical and horizontal to add to the utility and display.  Double pairs of brass bale pulls appear on the otherwise unadorned drawers, below which are the contours of the apron blending into the structural support legs that are connected with and reinforced by a full width lower shelf.  Constructed entirely from old-growth oak to literally last for centuries!
