Pair Antique French Louis XV Marble Top Nightstands will make great companions in any room!  Hand-crafted from solid oak to last for generations, each has been adorned with carved detail on the four boldly scrolled cabriole legs embellished with acanthus fronds and escargots.  The legs are connected to a subtly undulating apron then a tailored molding around the cabinet door, which opens to reveal a ceramic interior.  The drawer is also endowed with a tailored framework, while both doors and drawers are fitted with elaborately cast bronze pulls in the Rococo manner, adding nice contrast in formality and color.  Each has been topped with beautifully veined but subtly colored marble, beveled all around, with the back sides finished, making them excellent candidates for placement even in the center of the room!  Perfect for flanking a sofa while providing space for books, remote controls, and a handy and carefree surface for lamps and drinks!
