Pair Antique French Louis XV Wall Shelves are perfect for adding symmetry and display surfaces to any room, regardless of the availability of floor space!  Gracefully arched crown with bold molding is centered with a complex crest motif, with acanthus rosette on top over the flared scrolls which embrace the convex egg-shaped medallion carved with stylized floral and foliates, further enhanced by scrollwork and vine motif at its base.  The latter is set upon bookmatched finely figured walnut, and surrounded by fine molded detail.  The top shelf appears first, with a half-round corbel underneath for added style, below which appears the lowest shelf.  What a wonderful way to enhance any wall, especially when the shelves are arranged with family keepsakes and mementos!  Sold as a Pair.
