Antique French Louis XVI Stripped Marble Top Buffet adds a casual elegance to the room, with architecture and embellishment inspired by the ancient Greek & Roman civilizations popularized by Louis XVI.  Densely grained old-growth oak has been stripped to reveal the patina and character of the wood lending a casual visual effect.  Carved floral and foliate designs grace the facade, with tailored molding, tapered legs and brass pulls and key guards to add visual interest.  Doors and drawers open to reveal capacious storage for a piece only five feet wide, and the top consists of luxuriously veined marble for carefree entertaining and daily use.  Painstakingly stripped using our proprietary process that retains the patina and sheer natural beauty of the old wood, all performed by our expert in-house staff.
