19th Century French Empire Confiturier ~ Cabinet ~ Dry Bar will make a great addition in rooms used for entertainment. It's also a good choice as a bedside companion, or just a shallow piece for a small niche. Crafted in a tailored neoclassical architecture, it has been lavished with bookmatched mahogany veneer on the front, with exquisitely grained mahogany all all sides, even the top. The cabinet door is framed by mahogany half-round columns topped and based with cast bronze, with bronze knobs on the drawer just above. Originally intended as a gentleman's liquor cabinet and server, it has a shallow cabinet space below with two surfaces, the aforementioned drawer, and a concealed pull-out felt-top surface which one would use to pour cordials, whiskey and the like.
