Early 19th Century Rustic Dutch Oak Side Table was literally designed to last for centuries! Using beams and thick planks of solid, old-growth oak, the artisans created an incredibly sturdy design, with four heavy posts on each corner joined to a plank apron above, and squared plank stretchers below for extra reinforcement. A full width drawer with turned wood knob adds a convenient storage spot. The solid plank top is affixed with Dutch runners into slots on the framework using a technique that has been handed down for centuries in the Netherlands.
