19th Century French Renaissance Stripped Oak Writing Table ~ End Table will make a wonderful addition to any masculine decor!  Hand-crafted from solid oak, it features a gadrooned top edge overlooking the apron which is designed with a single drawer on one side and carved on the entire facade on all four sides with an intriguing intertwined vine motif resembling Greek coin.  On the drawer, grapevines extend outwards to form the drawer pull.  Support is provided by four clockwise and counter-clockwise barley twist legs, connected by turned stretchers that are in turn connected with a transverse barley twist stretcher for interesting visual appeal from any angle. Painstakingly stripped using our proprietary process that retains the patina and sheer natural beauty of the old wood, all performed by our expert in-house staff.
