18th Century English Walnut Tilt-Top Table is a truly timeless design, made with an ingenious tilting top allowing it to be tucked against the wall when not in use, then deployed and placed anywhere in the room for entertaining or daily enjoyment.  Solid walnut plank top and turned pedestal combine with the solid, elegantly scrolled tripod leg design to produce stability on any floor surface including tile.  Walnut trees not being indigenous to the islands, quantities of the highly coveted wood had to be obtained during times of peace with France or through more nefarious means!  A versatile table, it's great for efficient floor plans as well as grand ballrooms.
