Antique Rustic Breadboard is a charming example of human ingenuity. For centuries millennia has enjoyed partaking of bread, which required certain ingredients, procedures and techniques to produce in large quantities. Wood fired ovens were the preferred baking device for centuries, replaced only recently by more modern ovens, then in the last few decades seeing a resurgence for traditional cuisine. This example was cut with rounded edges so that it could be inserted and easily removed quickly from the oven. The aromas in the kitchen backing fresh bread is one of our favorite scents!
