Vintage French Provincial Painted Commode will make a charming addition to any room!  The ivory/beige painted finish has achieved a lovely patina, and is highlighted with gold accents on the molded detail which frames the pair of drawers, the apron and around the top rim.  Carved shell and floral motifs with subtle painted accents adorn the facade, with cross hatching on the apron flanking the pierce-carved central accent.  Even the cornerposts have been embellished with acanthus plumes and are tipped with escargot feet.
