Grand Antique French Louis XIV Serpentine Commode in Stripped Oak features no less than eight drawers!  Perfect for keeping everything organized and in its place, and doing it in style, this piece was fashioned from solid oak, and features a serpentine design allowing it to remain shallow against the wall for optimum traffic flow in the room.  Each drawer is centered with a cast brass pull, and every drawer facade, as well as the apron and serpentine sides are carved with  Louis XIV-inspired shell & foliate carvings for excellent visual appeal.  Combined with the softness of the finish, it has been painstakingly stripped using our proprietary process that retains the patina and sheer natural beauty of the old wood, all performed by our expert in-house staff.
