Early 19th Century Rustic Country French Coffee Table

Early 19th Century Rustic Country French Coffee Table was rendered from solid planks of old-growth oak to literally last for centuries, in fact it's working on the third right now!  The rural artisan's no-nonsense approach to furniture building was make it once, and make it last, evidenced in this instant family heirloom.  Solid plank top is supported by a beefy apron all around, and on one side two huge drawers were mounted, making this table even more functional than most.  Drawers are fitted with steel ring pulls.  Four square timbers were used to create the legs on each corner.  Charming, effective, and visually appealing.  Who could ask for more?
