Rustic Trestle Sofa Table was fashioned from thick planks and timbers of solid sycamore to last for generations! The thick plank top features a rounded edge all around, with the ends gracefully curved to eliminate sharp corners. A full wraparound apron is recessed for generous overhang, and is supported by two solid uprights cut in an urn form, then mounted to a foot beam carved on the edges again to reduce corners, then connected with a heavy beam mortised into the uprights and secured with shims, in the true traditional methods of generations of fine craftsmanship.
