n the early 1990’s, John and I opened a petit magazine antiquaire ~the first Inessa Stewart’s Antiques.
It was John’s idea to use my name for the company because it is relatively rare in the United States. Almost immediately the store became a new favorite among both
antique connoisseurs as well as people that where just discovering antiques. Fast forward almost twentyyears to 2009, when we have three stores in two states. As much as I would like to keep in touch with all of our clients and dear friends, we can’t seem to find the time to do it in person. Between our duties as owners, buyers, decorators, restoration supervisors, web administrators and so on, there never seems to be enough hours in the day! However, with the magic of the internet we can share our joys, our passion, and the richness of Antique Living.
