Well, the plans I had in mind for our family this Christmas were a bit more grand than what we finally realized. I ended up a week before Christmas at the doctors’ office for the third time this month battling bronchitis, and you know that I was just too busy for that! Finally I was forced to admit the limitations of my human form and resort to bed rest, but not before I had a chance to do at least some decorations. I had to give up my idea of our traditional gourmet home-cooked menu this year. Thank God for Whole Foods which helped us fulfill some of the holiday fare, as well as John and Rebecca’s immeasurable help to make the few last days of celebration undeniably special~ in spite of my sorry state. I did somehow manage to take some photos, which are below…
