19th Century French Beaux Artes Barbotine Jardiniere with Bronze Mounts is a celebration of nature and the arts in one exemplary work!  Amazingly lifelike flowers are arranged naturally around the body of the vase like a spray, each featuring bold, naturalistic full relief and hand-painted by true artists to appear as realistic as possible.  Set on a very dark green backdrop for contrast, the flowers seem to come to life.  The vase was then fitted with a pierced gallery rail around the top rim, then a base with four intricately designed legs with paw feet to provide support and keep the bottom of the porcelain from touching your surfaces eliminating fears of condensation stains.  With or without fresh flowers or greenery placed within, this exquisite vase stands alone as a splendid decorative accent!
