Antique French Louis XVI Flame Mahogany Vitrine is the perfect choice to display your family heirlooms, special collection, or just a seasonal display!  Hand-crafted from imported mahogany, it features flame pattern veneers on the front and sides.  Tailored molding provides the trim and a panel effect on the lower portion, which opens up to reveal a nice storage area.  The fronts of the corner posts are fluted, and frame the glass on all three sides, allowing ample ambient light in which negates the necessity of artificial lighting, especially with the three original glass shelves and mirrored back.  Cast brass rosettes on top and ring collars on the tops of the tapered and fluted legs, as well as leg tips below, all combine to add a little elegance to the otherwise understated style.
