Antique Italian Rustic Style Trestle Table

Antique Italian Rustic Style Trestle Table was crafted by talented Belgian furniture makers, influenced by Italian masters of a bygone era.  Utilizing thick, solid planks of old-growth oak, the sturdy top was fashioned then supported by urn-form leg supports on each end, with joints concealed by a modest apron.  The urn form supports were then mounted with the time-honored pegged mortise & tenon joinery onto the leg structure which is stylishly cut away to allow more freedom of movement with you and your guest's feet.  Finally, a thick timber was used to form a trestle across just above the feet, shimmed into place in yet another time-honored traditional method, creating a table that will outlast your grandchildren!
