Antique Rustic Dutch Inlaid Writing Table is an unusual example of fine craftsmanship, with both a rustic overall design yet with refined techniques like burl wood veneering and decorative inlay.  Solid oak planks and beams comprise the bulk of the design, with generous overhangs providing an ample surface.  Two spacious drawer with subtle molded adornment are fitted with brass knobs for easy access.  Curved double-lyre design leg structures are connected at their center with a shimmed trestle.  The front of the desk features the same molded panels as the drawers making it a good choice for placement in the center of the room if so desired.  The inlay bordering and foliate designs combine with the burl wood on top to create the most eye-catching visual appeal.
