Pair Antique Italian Hand-Painted Consoles with Faux Marble

Pair Antique Italian Hand-Painted Consoles were sculpted in the Rococo style, and feature graceful cabriole legs connected with arched stretchers, all of which are carved with shell and floral designs.  The contoured apron features a relief carving of a floral spray, and subtle painted accents including gold trim enhance the carved detail to a wonderful degree.  Of particular note, however, are the faux marble painted tops!  One has to look closely to determine they're wood, and not real stone...  Original hand-painted finish with gold highlights displays two subtly different hues, one more green and the other more beige.
