19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Painted Console is the ideal choice to create a stunning entryway, adorn a stairway landing, or create visual interest in a hallway. Classical Greek architecture is critical to the design, with elegantly contoured legs culminating in lotus blossom feet. Where the legs join to the apron appear a brace of rectilinear rosettes, and centered between the legs is a panel with drapery motif. The apron sections between these elements are adorned with intricately detailed Greek coin overlay, and the entire structure is enhanced by the patinaed painted finish highlighted with gold colored trim. A luxuriously veined marble top only adds to the elegance.
