Pair 19th Century French Louis XVI Walnut Salon Chairs is a remarkable combination of master furniture makers with exceedingly talented sculptors!  Fashioned from sumptuous French walnut, each features a subtly curved seat back coupled with a generously sized seat for surprising comfort.  The frame glorifies the sculptor's art, with a floral wreath flanked by sprays taking center stage, and rosettes atop the seatback corner posts, and acanthus plumes adorning the panel of Greek coin overlay appearing on the apron.  The entire frame's facade is connected with spiral ribbon trim throughout to bring the design together.
