19th Century English Cupboard boasts a stately yet rustic presence, ideal for the casual decor. The shallow design coupled with the mitered front corners makes it exceptionally traffic-friendly for efficient floor plans. Designed to hold just-washed pots, pans and other kitchen vessels, it features three tiers of slotted shelves to facilitate drying, but the slots are narrow enough to retain all but the smallest of objects one would expect to store within. A tailored crown molding and base provide a framework for the single door, accessed with a cast brass knob, and featuring a simple pair of lower panels coupled with a geometrically embellished upper panel featuring a square within a square enhanced by the positioning of the grain patterns, all supplying visual interest. An excellent choice for a bedroom as well, its sturdy no-nonsense design will provide decade after decade of yeoman's service!
