Pair Antique French Louis XIV Giltwood Armchairs ~ Fauteuils will add timeless grace and elegance to your room worthy of the kings of France!  Each frame is meticulously sculpted with elegant scrolled form then lavished with shell, floral and foliate motifs from the seatback crown to the tips of the feet.  The apron even includes flower garlands suspended below the contour of the apron itself.  Even the armrest supports are lovingly carved.  All four legs feature the timeless cabriole form with upturned acanthus fronds on the shoulders as well as on the tips of the feet, for an attractive visual presence no matter the angle!  Recently upholstered in luxurious burgundy mohair for a truly opulent finish.
