Pair 19th Century French Louis XVI Giltwood Armchairs ~ Fauteuils will make a splendid addition to any room!  Hand-crafted from select hardwood then given a gilt finish, each frame is hand-carved with floral, spiral ribbon and acanthus leaf motifs.  The oval seat backs add comfort and visual appeal, while the generous seats are framed by the same trim accented with square rosettes which appear atop each of four tapered, fluted and reeded legs.  Silk damask upholstery is in very good shape and only adds to the elegance.  If you act fast, a matching canape (sofa) and another matching pair of armchairs (fauteuils) are still available as of this writing.  See Related Products below left.
